Project name: Woodash Garage
FeKTA were approached to design, fabricate and install a commercial storage unit for a home-grown mechanical engineering firm located in Sandwich, Kent.
Cold-rolled galvanised steel was adopted due its strength-to-weight ratio on a restricted site – in conjunction with galvanised purlins and a Kingspan insulated panel system. All steelwork was pre-cut and pre-drilled and subject to rigorous QA control prior to delivery to site.
Close collaboration with all stakeholders – including the Client, Building Control and the incumbent planning consultancy – ensured a seamless installation and easy handover with our Client.
