Project name: Curved Wall
In conjunction with AW rail Services we were successful in winning this project.
The steel structure comprised of 203 UC, 200×150 RSA and 150×90 PFC with M12 grade 8.8 bolts.
Prior to installation an engineer was brough in to set out column location with drilling template.
Each universal columns were fixed to the floor with 4no M10 HIT-V anchors with HIT-HY 200 injection mortar, with a 90mm embedment length. Installation was completed in 10 nights as we had a limited working window from 0100 – 0400.
Once Steel structure was erected a timber frame was fitted so the finished moss wall could be fixed to the structure.
To complete the project stainless steel 3D lettering was fabricated and electro polished prior to installation.
